Hey Pan
Hubby still at home. Says he has meetings at our end of the city so he doesn’t have to leave as early. He’s currently playing Forza 4. I think he’s addicted.
The Forza games can be a lot of fun.

Oh yeah! It’s Thursday already. WooWoo!
Jack, I’m not ignoring you. Will look for you in Skype next week.
I added lots of snark to this episode’s show notes.
Hats of to JOe for the hot Halloween injection into the Deadpan. It’s ALIVE! To bad I missed my opprotunity get my segment into the Jack-O-Mangan.
Life is busy! It’s all good.
Since I can’t update the official Show Notes, I’ll paste ’em here. Thanks, as always, to The Energizer Bunny for providing these (she outdid herself this week!):

SAIL.
Gotta love Halloween. Between now and Sunday my DVR is set to record a half dozen B horrors. Now I have to watch some so I have space to record whatever comes out on Monday. I promise I won’t play by play all of them.
We may need you to PBP them all, Bunny, if we want to hit 400 comments.
I don’t know Jack. We did over 400 comments last week and I only PBP’d one movie.
CW: the Collapsed http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1734122/
It’s very dark. I can’t see a thing that’s happening
I got a pumpkin head, it’s better than the rest.
Sweety, you need to get that looked at
Apparently breathing excercises help. Breath in, breath out, breath in…
Wax on, wax off, wax on….
Take any kind you can get, pal.
Are we quoting Bush lyrics??
Mission accomplished!
So here’s what I don’t understand. A family, in a post apocalyptic world. They are now on foot, having lot their vehicle to people with machine guns and the dad allows the teenage girl to stop at a creek to shave her legs. Really? The world is ending but at least you legs look good.
I think I found the answer –
According to IMBD
“Budget – $150,000 (estimated)”
Hi all.
Thanks to all who could play along with me on this weeks DP ep!
Can you tell I like Halloween 😉
I’ve been getting things set up for days now. Stressed because I have a thing I have to go to Sunday night … so I will have to do my Halloween run through on Saturday.
I’m also going to have to wait till Saturday to deploy a lot of things because of forcasted rain but at least I have my fog piping laid deployed and the smoke generator platform mounted up in the trees. I also got some of my lighting up, my grave dug and the witches cauldron set up (as well as a section of fog piping run underneath it.)
Tomorrow I work on speaker cages (for mounting them up in the trees), getting the gells on the porch lights and decorating the inside of the house.
Heh.
You know, this wasn’t a bad movie. Yes it had a few scenes hat made you go huh (see above) but it was stll ok. Far a $150,000 budget it did ok
Umm:

What was it that made you even think to look this up? 😉
A facebook friend was bored and mentioned discovering this.
uh-huh. That’s your story and you’re sticking to it. 😆
You took the words right out of my mouth.
Are we quoting Meat Loaf lyrics??
Comments in the rearview mirror, they appear lamer than they are.
They make this shit up:

Well played this round, Justa Joe.
I had to fire up the “Nightmare Before Christmas” soundtrack after the episode. This is why I have an iPod big enough to carry all my music.
Now going to browse Amazon for more Oingo Boingo. Dead Man’s Party never gets old, but the version Joe played was a different recording than I have.
That would be the “1988 Boingo Alive” version.
… we’re from the Halloween sir, we’re here to help.
😉
OMFG…. Winnipeg just beat the Flyers 9 TO 8
Nice goaltending, guys.
Danny Briere has reingratiated himself to me.
Oh, and regarding the BBC thing, I’m number 3,856,832,685th of those alive, an the 78,093,683,000th since “the beginning”.
Which is interesting. I thought I had read somewhere a few years back that around the time we hit 6 billion that there were move people alive at that time than all the people who had lived and died before. Apparently not.
Just to be rebels, we watched the season 3 Christmas episode of Frasier tonight.
I’m afraid you are only a rebel watching that in spring or summer.
But your face is a mess.
Why can’t the Devils ever beat the Coyotes?
And why can’t the Coyotes play like that against everyone else?
Must be the work of “Redwings Fans.”
*cough*
Goodnight M*A*S*H*
Morning y’all!
It’s a brisk autumn morning here in Canadaland
Replace morning with afternoon in the above statement and it would describe similar weather here.
Well if you insist:
http://bookshelfporn.com/
Cool. We’ve covered our entire rec room downstairs in book shelves, in effect making a library. However, John and I have gone pretty much strictly e-books, which is just as well since we were running out of space for more books.
those are some pretty cool shelf’s!
I better not show those to my girlfriend she might get some ideas.
This afternoon I’m watching The Road (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0898367/) While it’s not a horror, it certainly sounds like a B movie.
Wow.
If the screen play is even close to the book, you should make sure you have removed all sharp objects from the room and take a fist full of anti-depressants before pushing “play”.
Well it’s very bleak, but hardly a B movie.
If you do a play by play it would be the most mainstream film yiu’ve done.
One Play by Play after lunch. It’s currently 8:00am so it’s still a few hours away.
Here …
This morning’s gludgey emotional manipulation to make you feel better.
http://www.youtube.com/watch_popup?v=hN8CKwdosjE
Wow, a movie I’ve seen! And liked!
That book is one of the most beautifully haunting things I’ve ever read. I kinda regret giving away my copy.
Yes well, the way I do Play by Plays, even if you’ve seen it, my commentary may not make a lot of sense.
Ah but at least some of us will now have a chance to try and make sense of it all.
Ok peeps! It’s movie time
Today’s movie is The Road
The DVR write up: an affecting and profoundly moving meditation on the power of humanity. John hillcoat’s adaptation of Cormac McCarthy’s best seller follows a father and his son as they wander through a wasteland in the aftermath of the apocalypse
Side note: why am I the only person on deadpan that seems to not of heard of either the movie or book before?
You’re not.
Trees
Pretty girl
Something’s happening outside
My god, Aroagorn looks old
Subtract a vowel somewhere in the above statement
Road trip!
His map is a puzzle
Billboard of doom
Everybody should have a box of skeletons
Now they’re reading bedtime stories
The forest is on fire
They’re trespassing
Dangling legs
He’s teaching the kid how to kill himself. Oh joy
Flashback time!
She doesn’t want to have a baby
Someone’s coming
The truck stalled
He’s watering the trees
Urinating in other words.
Was the guy who was the Terminator in the Sarah Connor Chronicles if I’m not mistaken.
He was not a nice man and deserved to die
The chase is on
I think they lost their shopping cart
Bath time
They found their cart again
Another flashback
She’s not a happy momma
Time for a break – no really, I have to check something for work. Back in five
Ok, where was I? Oh yes, flashing back
He’s straining water
Raiding a pop machine
Aww, that’s sweet. The kid is sharing
On the road again. Just can’t wait to get on the road again
This is such a cheerful movie
Flashback to a piano time
At least they’re finding lots of places to sleep for the night
Why?
On another side not, I did get the book today. I’ll read it at some point in the future
The Road or Infidel?
Waterfall
I see aragon’s butt
Spooky house
That looks ominous.
Meat hook
He’s ready for a ballad
Naked people
Now they’re in trouble
What a way to live
They make their escape
Mmmmm. Cricket’s for dinner
They’re cartless again
Ah, memories
Even his toys are creepy
Seriously. What good does it do to gat all maudlin like that
Don’t do it
Boats. Big boats
Rain
Fields
Another farm house. These never turn out well
Aragon’s crying again
What did he find
Food, glorious food
Spam, spam, spam
A prayer of thanks
It’s raining again
An arrowhead
And, another flashback
A hot bath. Luxury
Awww, let the kid have some
Time to leave
Old man
This section brought to you by DelMonte
Dinner with Eli
More happy stories
These fireside chats are so uplifting
Hiding the cart
There are lots of crows here, kid
More bad guys
Earthquake
Bedtime in an old church
I think the kid finally figured out daddy’s dying
That’s the paper version of google maps
The sea
They could make a livin beach combing
Did I really need to see that?
Another big boat
That water looks cold. I wouldn’t swim in it
Great lookout kid
Barefoot on the beach is to a good idea
Strip
The boy’s not happy
I think this amusement park has seen better days
Arrow in leg
Personally I’d pull the arrow out
Ok, yuck
Once moe, cartless
Once again, good things are happening
Papa lied
Alone, so alone
Ok, now it’s just morbid
Who is the stranger
If you were an American you would have commented on the guys teeth.
😆
Maybe I’m not that superficial
He’s carrying the fire
Movie is over. Yes is was not your happy go lucky flick, but I still liked it
I tried to warn you.
You might even say it had a happy ending… Sort of
Hmmmm, not really, just a long drawn out misery I would argue.
Agreed, Van, but I did love the meeting.

^^^ EssBee displays how desperately she’s in need of the weekend.
lol
poor EssBee :dizzy:
Monday I’ll be able to do another movie. Then it’s month end. Booo
Aaaaah!!
Don’t sneak up on me like that!
Haha, poor EssBee!!
Poor EssBee!
Ah ah. Pour Essbee!!
Is Beavis and Butthead really back on TV??
Are you kidding?? YES! Awesome!!!
go ahead and be a hater.
LostRalph doesn’t like it either.
I, however, need TP for my bunghole!
I’m still waiting for them to bring back “Liquid Television”.
^Like x1000. The best non-video content MTV ever aired.
Just watched the first Ep of this season’s “Walking Dead”.
IMHO – it is still 30 minutes worth of good show diluted into a 50 minute time slot.
Guess I’ll wade through EP#2 as well.
I think the premier was heavy on gore, light on plot, but that ep2 picked the story up hot & heavy.
Good night, The One Pumpkin.

Well, I’m probably wrong but – that looks like some neet photoshop work.
Either way – pretty cool!
The Great Precious.
Tonight we have our They Might Be Giants date. Not sure who is opening, but I think it is all ages. At 38, all that really means is that if we wanted to overpay for drinks we’d need to cramp into an upstairs bar at First Ave. We get to save money both because we want to and need to…
Apparently Gold Motel is opening. I have been going to First Ave for over 20 years.
*Sigh*
At least I can’t remember it as the Greyhound station.
The infobox on Gold Motel’s wiki page lists for genres: “It was a note-perfect version of how I would want the hosts to respond if I were the mysterious “Hector.” (Note: I’m not)”
Oops. Cut & Paste works better if you remember to cut.
“Indie pop, alternative rock, indie rock, jangle pop”
Hmm. I don’t think I’m too far off base calling them similar to New Pornographers.
I am envious of your date with TMBG.
I would describe them as –
:w00t: :drevil: :pan::ninja: :metal: :mush:
Shame there is no “nerd” nomicon

Ides of March was I interesting.
A Halloween TMBG show. . . . Maybe you can get a birdhouse costume?
Should be some of their spookier stuff mixed in, I’d gather. Nothing like the Great Coultonic Convergence (Coulton singing “First of May” on the first of May), but good times…
Darcy is going to be dressed awesomely. I’m sticking with a t-shirt, choosing Buffy Between the Lines, though nobody has commented on it ever just yet…
They did “Marty Beller Mask” for Halloween.
“I’m Whitney Houston on the drums…”
So what does Jeff Loomis sound like when he isn’t cranked to 11?

Hey Deadpan!
had a busy morning. Now watching hubby as he goes through the joys of new computerhood.
Long day of Halloween prep and other stuff.
Now I am having my first beer from the “Smashing Pumpkin Ale” stash. For a “novelty” home brew it’s really pretty good!
Now to go carve my last pumpkin.
hmmmm
I may have another.
All pumpkins need to be sacrificed to the Great Pumpkin to insure a good candy harvest.
42 bazillion points to Jack for liking Beavis and Butthead!
Um
TMBG show was great.
Show could have gone a little deeper on older albums but still top-notch. Best “Ana Ng” I’ve ever heard from them…
Gold Motel was def. inspired/heavily influenced by New Pornographers.
The Lady and The Tiger from TMBG new album is one of those songs that I just seem to have to play over and over and over again.
“Do you surmise it’s wise, to have laser beams emitting from your eyes?”
They come to Orlando in February. Hoping that my financial and free time situations fall into place so I can go see them.
Well, off to bed. Moving into second disc of the first series of “Hex.” Not sure if second series never made it to disc in US or if Netflix just doesn’t have it, but so far not too concerned about not seeing it. First disc was a whole lot of titillation (plus a wee bit of tit).
Also suffers from having an absolutely gorgeous blonde as a misfit who the popular kids don’t like/won’t date.
It will have to improve if I’m going to bother with third disc of series one…
“I don’t want the world, I just want your half.”
Goodnight :Ng:
Not sure the extra hour sleep helped this morning.
Bye bye BST, see ya in March.
I think we here in the US are hanging on to our bonus hour until next weekend.
I know that we here in the US salute you who are about to rock.
http://www.geeksailor.com/camera-halloween-costume/
Cause you wanna take my picture. Cause I wont remember
So I was next to one of these “Halloween Shops” as a car pulls up and 3 eastern looking women in the long black Burke and head scarfs get out. Then a flock of small giggling/chattering children tumble out and the whole group heads excitingly into the Halloween shop.
I add this to my experience at my local Chinese buffet where there is always has a lot of Spanish speaking, construction workers there at lunch even though the adjoining store is an authentic, Mexican restaurant.
For over a hundred years now it has worked this way. The parents come here with their culture but adapt, wanting to try the new things available to them. Their kids though, race to embrace what ever the current “American” culture is. It works. It has for some time.
I just feel like this nation has somehow forgotten that.
CD: Rogue Mocha Porter
I spent a lot of time outside this weekend doing yardwork.
I have this song stuck in my head:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zZW3ttU-HxA
Star Trek 2, this evening. The ear scene is less damaging than it was when I was young. The death and funeral is still pretty moving (especially when reminded of a past use of it on Deadpan).
And holy crap, did JJ Abrams borrow a lot from this movie to make the new one.
Good night :Khaaaaaan:

Jack Mangan Krazy Joe: Justa J0e is not eating the FB Soylent Green, but consider the message passed along. Thanks for listening, amigo. We need to get you on an episode soon.
Goodnight :no, really:
Thanks for passing that along Jack!
Hey J0e….
Krazy Joe here — I was just making a Halloween Playlist myself the other day. I grabbed some of the tracks you played. I wasn’t familiar with a lot of them, but they were fun.
I was trying to find the Jerry Goldsmith main title theme from Psycho II. The Psycho II soundtrack is out of print and all I can get is a weird electronic version of I-tunes store.
I did find the original GOldsmith version on Youtube, however.

Halloween tip #42

(Also- take your own gloves and cooler. Hey, I’m here for you.)

Worth sharing again. Another “This is Halloween” version for JOe’s mix.
LOL
I have this one already but for some reason I was thinking it was a Marilyn Manson tune.
I’m going to spend the night not answering the door.
Halloween Grinch
As long as your not answering it is done in a very spooky way, I approve!
As a single bloke, actually answering the door would be spooky..
I just wore my Devils’ jersey to the office. It was an excuse to wear jeans and sneakers.
Half-ass costume FTW! (and for the win)
Winning!
I thought those half-assed jeans went out with Ryan O’Neal and Mariangela Melato.
(you kids can just google that one)
As long as there are no references to David Lee Roth’s pants – – we’ll be fine.
So Fine.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0083099/
Today I’m going to watch two movies. I need to make space on my DVR.
The first movie is called Insidious. The second will be The Rite. Probably won’t do actual play by plays but thought I’d give you a heads up in case I make the occasional strange comment
The best criminally underseen Halloween movie — 2007’s ‘Trick ‘R’ Treat’ with Dylan Baker and Anna Paquin. GREAT movie…..
Not to be confused with the 1986 ‘Trick or Treat’ staring ‘Family Ties’ star, Skippy Handelman and Ozzy Osbourne.
I saw that Trick or Treat in the theater! The scene in the car was pretty memorable for a 12-year-old…
Saw the 1986 one in a theatre also. LOL Skippy!
I saw this movie, KJ. It was one of the better B movies I’ve seen
I think I’m going to like Insidiuos just going by the opening credits. Quite spooky
I just have to saw, I’m glad I don’t have an attic. They always seem creepy and I would never go in it
Sprained my foot earlier going for a walk, but I did capture this:
http://a2.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/378792_10150349671191859_652661858_8111720_162556134_n.jpg
That’s beautiful, van.
Sorry about your foot though *hugs*
Ouch, Van!
Gorgeous pic – you have quite an eye.
God this baby cries a lot
So far, this movie is working to push my buttons
Side note: These two videos are really cool for Dr. Who fans
http://www.geeksaresexy.net/2011/10/31/doctor-who-musical-number-feat-barrowman-tennant-and-tate/
Sim about a third into this movie. So far it’s showing a movie can be creepy and freaky with no killing, no blood, and very few and understated special effects
Ghostbusters!
I can access the flying bears with laser beam eyes, but I can’t get out to Van’s photo. Hm.
CP: Brighter Hell — The Watchmen
I liked this movie. I admit, the last third gat a little campy but I would still recommend it for those that like these type of movies. It didn’t rely on blood and gore, things going bump in the night.
Next up on my double header, The Rite
Hey, Rutgar Heur (sp) is in this movie
RH kicks azz!
Cant be any worse than Hobo With a Shotgun.
Being the one who preps the bodies for funerals is a sucky job in my book
This replicant is getting old
My in– laws went to Rome last year. I’m so jealous
Cats!
Wow, this is a tear-jerker:
http://www.nytimes.com/2011/10/30/opinion/mona-simpsons-eulogy-for-steve-jobs.html?pagewanted=1
11 Eleven!!!!!!
I go to Eleven today!
So The Rite had the bigger budget, the bigger names, and the bigger special effects but Insidous was a better movie
11 11?
11/11/11 = LostRalph arrives… Isn’t that all I talk about anymore? *swoooon*

Listened to part 1 of the Drabblecast’s story “Mongoose” on the drive in. I recommend it. I remember when I was a kid, TBS used to show the 1953 War of the Worlds movie as sort of a tradition. Didn’t see it on last night. *dissappointed*

I have stupid-ass plantar Plantar_fasciitis and it sucks. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plantar_fasciitis
that is my complaint of the day.
I’ve had it. It indeed sucks.
Me too. Indeed indeed sucks.
Cj, you might wanna look into orthotics. Also, freeze a full water bottle and roll it under your foot. Ugh!
Um. No?
I don’t like things that are cold.
OK FINE! *sigh*
I don’t like cold things but I’ll do it when I get home.
Stretching helped a great deal, though it was extremely painful at first.
I added some photos to the Deadpan pool.
I don’t flickr very often so if the photos don’t seem to be working, someone should let me know.

I also tried to shoot some video but the lack of light made that sketchy at best. Might try to upload it later.
I forgot to mention Real Steel. . . Took the kids on Sunday.
-Why is it such a Hollywood trope to show dads as neglectful shits, whose hearts of gold will show through by the movie’s end?
-Thank god this movie was made in 2011 with Hugh Jackman, rather than 1991 with Stallone or Van Damme.
-Definitely a fun movie. . . to see with kids.
I’ve never heard of it, but doesn’t really look like it’s for kids… but you say it is?
O h I enjoyed it any way sans kids.
Well…. there’s some PG language, but it’s mainly just giant robots beating each other to pieces.
The scenes where people get beat up aren’t really graphic. It’s not a must-see.
Language doesn’t bother me… violence, I’m not so keen on… Sarah was scared of Transformers…
Shia LaBeouf?
Stop trying to distract me!
Did a bunch of horses just whinny?
Did someone mention Frau Blücher ?
Whoa Nelly!
On another note… I took my kids to see Puss ‘n Boots and we all enjoyed it.
Skipped the 3D as usual.. it’s so unnecessary.
That’s a possibility for us.
On another note, The Fall Guy:

ass no
Wasn’t this already a movie starring Burt Reynolds?
“Hooper”

He was big in the 70’s.
quick catch up post:
the anime transformation of historical figures into girls is crazy. Is that pink teddy bear supposed to be Excalibur for King Arthur? And yet it seems to be rich in comedic material.
J0e: cool pics
Everyone who isn’t feeling well: I hope you feel better soon.
Anyone I missed: hi… how about a beer?
3 please
Thanks LR!
Once again I had full sized candy bars for any kid (or group of 2) that made it to my door with out a parent.
No one earned that award.
It was a smaller crowded last night than last year. I guess cold Monday nights just aren’t very “trick or treat” inducing for kids these days.

Chris Neil is fast competing with Steve Ott for Lo Pan’s hockey man-crush
You know, I really hope that Steve Jobs was too sick to have much involvement in iOS5, cause it is utter crap.
I’ve been with the iPod and iTunes for a good six years now, and never has a version of either program given me such grief.
Wondering if anyone is experiencing rapid battery power loss after the iOS5 upgrade?
You know………..
The Temple of the Dog album has many tracks of repugnant shit, but there are a few absolute gems. The album justifies its own existence.
Goodnight :Andrew Wood:
Have you tried restoring the device as settting it as new?
Worked for a few people I know who were experiencing weird glitches.
Times like this I love that I cant afford Apple products.

Funny, as Van was posting the suggestion to nuke and reload my iPod, that’s what it was in the middle of doing.
We’ll see if things work out better today.
Hey Panites.
Today my car goes in to get winter tires put on. Tomorrow my Boo, does the same, then Friday hubby gets his car ready for the brrr. Winter is actually a lot of work.
Another way to tell winter is coming, the ski slopes and equipment shops start advertising like mad on TV
I hate the summer holidays ads at Xmas the worst,
I’ve had no issues w/ IO5.
6-7 inches of snow here this morning – working at home!
IOS5 loaded fine on both my phone and Ipad. Hubby’s Ipad had a few issues, though. It kept telling him the sync file was missing. It still seemed to load an sync regardless.
“6-7 inches”
Is it too early to start making those jokes?
It’s never too early for 6-7 inches!
That’s what she said!
Oh wait. She did say that. Never mind. 🙂
So at the cinema, waiting for ‘We need to Talk about Kevin’ to start.
An experience rather than entertainment expected.
The streetlights are out on my block. It was freaky walking home from the dealership this morning.
Time to bring the Pan down.

Realize that Parker is an overall affluent and wealthy suburb of Denver. The “best” part is that their HOA is probably in denial that its one of their own making the threats, yet it demands that the couple take down their own home made anti-anti gay signs.
Pretty sure that HOA’s are the work of Satan wrapped up in Hitler inside of Pol Pot.
Lovely. And common. When I was in grad school, someone painted “faggot” on my truck. I thought it’d be obvious that truck = dyke, but there’s no accounting for reasoning in bigotry.
I really wish my girl had not called herself “the white Rosa Parks”.
I had a severe homophobic experience at work last week. It’s got me down, and I’m having a hard time coming up with a healthy way to respond.
It is sad and pathetic that people act like this. And they use all sorts of ridiculous excuses to justify their hate. I wouldn’t be surprised if the perpetrators were on the HOA.
Fuck em. Their little minds aren’t worth worrying about. Hopefully the police are capable of doing their jobs. Though there are some cops that are just as bad as these hate-filled jackwads.
I have to add a little balance to the concept of HMA’s in general.
I once owned/lived in a condo in a small complex. 2 buildings and like 24 units. I actually became the head of the Association because no one else wanted to do it. I didn’t want to do it either but someone had to arrange for yard/building maintenance and stuff like that and since it was my first ever place I owned I really didn’t want to see the place fall apart.
So, we had this one owner who turned out to be INSANE.
One day she built this large Plexiglas shack around her porch. Not a kit. It was like pieces of scrap wood and pieces of Plexiglas.
Suddenly the other owners found value in the fact that we had a homeowners association to deal with this.
When ever I hear someone whine about a HMA I want to remind them that the HMA is there to protect THEM and their investment from insane or douche-bag neighbors because there is a good chance at least one of them will be!
Also, when you buy a piece of property that comes under the control of a HMA the rules are VERY clearly stated to you before you buy the property. If you don’t agree with HMA rules against chicken coops in the front yard or being allowed to put up 50 foot tall American flag in your front yard illuminated 24 hours a day by airport searchlights … DON’T BUY PROPERTY in that neighborhood.
If the HMA has a bad rule, it’s easy enough to change. Just get the majority of the neighbors to vote it out and that rule is gone! If the majority of neighbors don’t agree that you SHOULD be allowed to have 3 or 4 wrecked cars up on blocks in your front yard … well, then maybe you should re-asses the merits of that landscaping idea.
All of that being said, I don’t like having to live under the rules of an HMA or dealing with neighbors who want to build a shed in their front yard to cook meth so I chose to buy a place that DIDN’T have an HMA AND had trees between me and the neighbors.
BTW – my defense of the concept of HOA’s should in no way be considered in support of the hate perpetrated on these Mrs. Ladies.
In fact, a properly functioning HOA should be offering a reward for the arrest of the perps who did the vandalism. From a strictly financial sense, that sort of hi-profile hate crime REALLY brings down a neighborhood’s property values and can only be combated by well publicized actions by a neighborhood shown to rise up and speak out against such things in order to prove that this is an anomaly that the community won’t tolerate and will be swiftly dealt with.
HMA = HOA

Rob Bricken is such whiner, I guess we should send him some cheese to go with his article.
He’s a lot of things. Luckily his humor saves him. For now…
I thought that was a pretty kick-ass performance.
And really. It’s just hair. Who the flock cares? geezums.
And PS – I’d happily grow out the hair under my arms if it meant I could have a body like hers. :smirk:
I have allowed the hair under my arms to grow out and she still won’t give me her body.

Thats good. I like Eddie. Always have.
Hey “Tornado”…. if you could let the rest of us get some points that’d be great. No need to snag em all for yourself 😉
Also the inclusion of Bertuzzi does not ingratiate you with me 😛 😛 😛 😛
😛
I don’t like the guy. But since certain elements decided on a bruisers league…. 😉
Besides, you’ve got plenty of points too, Mr. 81-points-in-a-night.
Crap I have no one to blame but myself for the Bertuzzi Inclusion. *sigh*
YEAH BUT I HAVENT COME CLOSE SINCE BAH BAH BAH!!!!!

I get the feeling I’d be doing much better if I didn’t have that dead weight Ovechkin dragging me down.
Your Ovechkin is my Sedin. What bums
So apparently there is a Vestal Ave. in Wanette, OK. The only way this could be funnier in my mind is if all the churches were located on it.
Someone should paint that church a whiter shade of pale.
During the hazy shade of winter.
There is also a Vestal Ave. in Vestal, NY… which is where I went to graduate school. You would think I might have gone to Vestal College, but then you would be wrong. For some odd reason, Binghamton University (the college formerly knows as the State University of New York, center at Binghamton) is not located (and never was located) in Binghamton.
Sorry. In a rambling mood this morning.
